Memorials

Sadly, as many of you know, our dog Goldie passed away on April 25th. Our dog, Cole passed away just 6 months before that. After Cole died, Cade picked out a bush to plant as a memorial for her. We went out and selected a tree to plant as a memorial for Goldie. It has white flaky flowers (just like her skin - for those of you who remember her allergy issues). Cade wanted to be sure they were planted right beside eachother. Thanks to all of you who have kept us in your prayers and sent such kinds words while our family is dealing with the loss of our two furry family members.

9 Months

Quinn is loving the swing he got for Easter! He just giggles and smiles the whole time. Cade loves pushing him.

Spring Break

Cade, Quinn and I spent some of Cade's Spring Break in Cincinnati with our friends, Tim, Dina, Emi and Carson. We spent one afternoon at the zoo. We had a great time. Quinn had his first "train ride" and we rode on the Carousel!

Experiment

Cade came home from school today and said that he wanted to show me a Magic Experiment. (I think he got Science Experiment and Magic confused.) He asked me to get him 4 cups of water and some food coloring. Now, I have to admit that I was a little skeptical. It is after all April Fool's Day. But, I should be ashamed. He wanted to show me how mixing the primary colors can produce other colors.
