Shadow Dancing

The other night Michael was swinging Quinn around and I caught a picture of their shadows on the wall.

We had Cade's fishing pole out (without a hook attached) because he was going camping with my parents. Quinn picked it up and started using it as a light saber! He's gonna be a Star Wars fan too, I'm afraid!!

We are loving this nice weather! We want to take advantage of it before it starts getting too hot for us!!

Lifeskill Award

For you Oak Trace parents, this is no biggie, but those of you who aren't locals. . . Oak Trace focuses on different Lifeskills throughout the year, and awards children that show those Lifeskills. Today, Cade received his award for showing the Lifeskill of COOPERATION! At first I thought that they must be mistaken, but it really had his name on it and was signed by 3 people, so I guess it's the real deal! I'm so proud of him. . . as you can tell, he's proud too!!!!

Since I bought my new camera, I have been playing around with it. Poor Quinn, since he is home all day with me while Cade is at school, is the subject of many photo sessions. These are some of my favorites from a few days ago!
