We went back to my hometown, Shipshewana, last weekend. While we were there, we visited Yoder's Popcorn. Cade picked out a bag of the most orange Cheese Popcorn you have ever seen! He decided today that it was time to dig in. I know you can see the orange on his fingers. . . not sure if you can see his orange TEETH too!!

Just for the record. . .

We were at the zoo today and Cade asked why we weren't going to have lunch at the zoo. I told him that Mommy and Daddy try to save money where we can and that the zoo charges more for their food than other places.

"Why do we have to save money?"
"So you can go to college some day."
"I don't want to go to college."
"Why not?" (Both of us in unison!!)
"I don't want to have to move away from you guys!"

Some day I'm sure he'll change his mind, but for now, it was just too sweet for words.

Let's Go For A Ride

Grandma M was over one day and decided that she would help Cade give Quinn a ride! They both were giggling so hard! I think Quinn felt like he finally had the upper hand!!

Cool In The Pool

Grandma and Grandpa M got Quinn a pool for his birthday! He has had a great time keeping cool in it! Our neighborhood pool closes during the day once the kids go back to school, and then shuts down completely after Labor Day Weekend! So, it has been great to have access to something cool and refreshing in our backyard!
