The Carmel Fest parade was quite chilly this year! Quinn was bundled up in a jacket and blanket and the rest of us put on our ponchos and braved the rain and unusually cool temperatures. Quinn's entertainment (as you can see) was tormenting Cade. But once he got his balloon he was in great spirits for the rest of the parade!

I am glad you were smarter than we were at the parade....my poor kids didn't even have sweatshirts, let alone rain coats.
